Please note that in order for us to issue a full refund on the exchange pair(s) that you are/will be exchanging it must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to quality for refund; otherwise, only a store credit will be issued. Three options are available:
OPTION A: EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PAIR
Please email eshop@JamesJeans.us or call our live customer care specialist at 323-231-3222 to obtain an RMA # to return your item(s) for exchange and please use a pre-printed courtesy return label to ship them back to us. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and send it back to you with free shipping within the U.S.

OPTION B: RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT +10%
Return the item(s) for store credit to your James Jeans account, plus an additional 10% BONUS. Please email email@example.com or call our live customer care specialist at 323-231-3222 to process your Return for Store Credit.

OPTION C: REGULAR REFUND
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our live customer care specialist at 323-231-3222 to process your return. Once we receive your return, we will process your return and credit back to your account within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 4-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card/debit card statement online.

Returns and exchanges must be in original, unworn condition, and include all tags, original packaging, and original invoice. Please include the order number, which can be found at the top left of your receipt.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery.
Please note: We will only return or exchange items bought at JamesJeans.us. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. For exchange items with a remaining balance, only store credit will be given.
For international exchanges, a shipping fee of $69.99 will be charged, and $24.99 will be charged for Canadian customers.
